He has opened up a resturant in Kowloon which recently gained a Michelin star of quality. However he refuses to raise his prices. Example include Baskets of prawn dumplings and pork buns cost just 80p. A long way from the eye-bleeding £250 bills that can be had at other Michelin-starred restaurants such as the Fat Duck or El Bulli.
