New Mercedes GP Petronas Formula 1 team unveiled

Slightly off topic to normal, but this is big news. The Reunification of 3 F1 greats, Ross Brawn, Michael Schumacher and Mercedes works team has been official unveiled. Mercedes GP become the first of the big guns to show off their new car and drivers. Nico Rosberg will be happy the media attention will be on Schumacher, so he will be able to learn this car, and adapt to the new team and fulfill his potential. Mercedes GP's livery is in the traditional Silver, harking back to the Silver Arrow. It will be interesting to see what McLaren will look like. As they took on the Silver Arrow style when they partnered with Mercedes. 2010 has the potential to be the most exciting year ever in F1 history. With four new teams, and arguably more title contending teams (Mercedes, Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull) and drivers (Button, Hamilton, Schumacher, Rosberg, Vettel, Alonso, Massa, Webber) than ever before. And then there is also the outsiders such as the mighty Kamui Kobayashi who will be aiming to show himself in a full season!

The Most Dramatic Formula 1 Intro Ever - Mark Webber

The 2010 Formula One season starts in just over a month, and I cannot wait. Howveer this video from after Mark Webber won the German GP at Nurburgring for Red Bull Racing, is perhaps the funniest and most dramatic introduction to a F1 race ever. Typical Fox Sports for American audiences. "In a world.... one man.... ONE CAR!.... One Can of Red Bull"

It was a great race by Mark Webber and Red bull Racing were superb all season but this is taking the piss. Plus it sounds more like the commentator is descirbing the first time Webber got laid rather than race win at times.

I wasn't speeding!

So I was driving the other day and a police car pulled me over for speeding. I protested my innocence, but my dog gave me away!

Domo is the mascot of Japan's NHK television station, appearing in several 30 second stop-motion sketches shown as station identification during shows. Domo's favorite food is Japanese-style meat and potato stew, and he has a strong dislike for apples, because of an unexplained mystery in his DNA. Domo can only communicate via producing a low-pitched noise which sounds somewhat like his own name, but other characters appear to understand him. He is awesome
